Delete your Dreamy data

01How to request deletion

Dreamy uses a guest profile linked to your device, so deletion is handled by email. You do not need to sign in.

1. Send an email to valeriy.kuznetsovdev@gmail.com with the subject “Delete my Dreamy data”.
2. Include details that help us find your profile: the device model, the approximate date you started using Dreamy, the child or character name used in the app, and one or two story titles. If you bought Dreamy Premium, add the Google Play or Apple order number.
3. We confirm the request by replying to your email. We may ask a follow-up question to make sure the request comes from the person who uses the app.

You can also stop all future collection at any time by uninstalling the app. Uninstalling alone does not delete the data already stored on our servers.

02What we delete

• Your guest profile and app identifiers linked to it.
• Child and character profiles, including names, ages, and appearance details.
• Uploaded reference photos and generated portraits.
• Voice recordings, transcripts, and any parent voice model, including the copy held by our voice provider.
• Generated stories, pictures, narration, favourites, likes, reading history, and streaks.

We also ask the service providers listed in the Privacy Policy to delete the related records they hold for us.

03What we keep, and for how long

• Purchase records: transaction identifiers and subscription history that we must keep for tax, accounting, and refund obligations, for as long as the law requires.
• Security and service logs: short-lived technical logs that are deleted on their normal schedule.
• Backups: copies in backups are removed when those backups expire.
• Public stories copied by others: if a story was public, copies that other people already saved are outside our control.

We aim to complete a deletion request within 30 days of confirming it.

04Subscriptions

Deleting your data does not cancel a subscription. Cancel Dreamy Premium in Google Play (Payments & subscriptions) or in your Apple ID settings to stop renewal.
